Refund Policy

At Valley Barbell Legends, we strive to ensure all members have a great experience at our facility. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Memberships and Day Passes

All membership and day pass sales are final.
Refunds are not provided for unused time, missed sessions, or early cancellations once a membership term has begun.
Members may cancel future recurring payments at any time through their member account or by contacting us before the next billing cycle.

2. Coaching and Training Services

Coaching packages or add-on services are non-refundable once sessions have started.
If a session must be rescheduled, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance.
If we are unable to provide a service due to gym closure, emergency, or scheduling issue on our end, we will issue a credit or reschedule the session at no cost.

3. Event and Competition Fees

All event or meet entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Valley Barbell Legends.
If an event is rescheduled, entries will automatically transfer to the new date.

4. Unauthorized Charges or Errors

If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge or billing error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at:

We will review and resolve the issue promptly in accordance with Stripe’s dispute and refund policies.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds (for applicable cases) will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
